A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep or record those search terms on our systems.

When you email us, the message is retained for response and support purposes. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Arenac County guidance identifies official sources such as the sheriff, 81st District Court, 23rd Circuit Court, Michigan State Police Criminal Justice Information Center, and Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not turned into third-party criminal profiles or consumer reports. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies run the search tools that appear on some pages. Their privacy terms, retention periods, and disclosure practices apply to information entered there. We do not control those policies. Read the provider's privacy notice before sending a query.

Links may lead to Arenac County offices, Michigan agencies, court portals, legal resources, or third-party search services. Once you leave this site, the destination's privacy policy controls. Review it before providing personal information.
